ST JUST IN ROSELAND WEATHER

Pasco's Boatyard is situated on one of the most beautiful creeks in Cornwall, if not the entire country. The St Just Creek has long been a spot where walkers and boating people alike would regularly visit. The St Just Pool lies directly adjacent to the beautiful Church at St Just in Roseland, and this is a very pretty and tranquil spot.

So,  being located in such lovely surroundings, it is not surprising that boat owners from all over the country enjoy visiting the Creek and taking advantage of the safe mooring facilities that the Boatyard offers there. There are over one hundred swinging summer moorings at Pasco's in addition to a winter lay-up capacity for a similar number of vessels.

The guiding philosophy at Pasco's is to provide service at the highest possible standard for our customers. We understand that a boat, whatever the size or shape, is a very prized possession indeed, and if entrusted to our care it must be looked after as if it is our own. At the same time, we try to provide that service at a price that is reasonable and fair.

Recently the Yard has revived the art of boat building. A brand new twenty-three foot motor launch with wheel house (The Pasco's 23) was launched in June 2015, a second one was launched in October 2016 and a third P23 in July 2017.

The facilities at the Yard have been, and continue to be, significantly improved. There are now electric points and water available for the use of customers on the hard standing area. There are also showers and toilets plus a dedicated customers' lounge area - The Loft, where refreshments can be found. In addition our workshops are now radically updated to allow efficient repairs, maintenance and building to take place.

In short therefore we at Pasco's welcome all boat owners, and are happy to see them come and enjoy our facilities in the most beautiful surroundings. We aim to be a sustainable business that provides local employment, trains and develops good skill levels amongst our employees, and ensures that boat building, boat care and maintenance remain as activities in the St Just Creek for many years to come. We look forward to seeing you here soon!
